(Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Responsible for triage of all incoming electronic, hard copy mail, walk-in interaction for the academic program office, and management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for communication plans that lead to the conversion of admitted students to enrolled students in KSU academic program(s). Responsible for managing the undergraduate and graduate academic program email accounts. Coordinates correspondence with student about registration, updates, denial/acceptance to program. Provides advisement on program procedures, policies, goals and objectives, technical guidance, and problem resolution, while building and maintaining cross-departmental relationships.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages undergraduate and graduate application process including communication plans for registrations, updates, and denial/acceptance
2. Serves as general email contact for the departmental programs and manages all assigned emails accounts ensuring timely response to all inquiries
3. Provides accurate information to callers or emailers and/or direct inquiries to appropriate staff
4. Coordinates testing schedules and assists with program testing acting as proctor when needed 5. Extends acceptance letters to all assigned programs
6. Plays active role in the program retention and progression commitment
7. Meets with department leadership/academic program coordinators to reconcile admission progression status
8. Utilizes maintains and updates information in student information systems
9. Trains department staff on the CRM system's use and capabilities
10. Designs and maintains appropriate dashboards and reports incorporating maps, graphs, and tables that provide clear, accessible statistics to the team
11. Serves as coordinator of testing proctors. Responsible for interviewing, scheduling, and payroll submission
12. Manages the computer lab for ATI exams and schedules all lab testing to support the faculty
13. Manages TEAS@kennesaw.edu emails to provide customer service by confirming scores and answering calls, receives/searches for and confirms TEAS scores
14. Collaborates with ATI related to TEAS
15. Serves on the APR (Admission Progression and Retention) committees
16. Completes overrides for incoming students
17. Maintains and updates ATI cohorts
18. Handles course major approval requests, changes majors and programs
19. Assists with and participates in recruiting events, such as tabling

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
Six (6) months of experience with Admissions CRM Administration or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Experience
Prior experience using application CRM's preferred
Strong background in Microsoft 360
CRM experience preferred is TargetX/Salesforce

Working knowledge of and abides by the regulations of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
Knowledge of academic program admission recruitment practices and understands operating best practices of the department and the University requirements for admissions to assigned programs

SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management, and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
